Can you help me with a rotation?

I would like to use all the workouts from Cathe High Step Circuit, Basic Step & BodyFusion, Push/Pull, Pilates and my Treadmill Runs.

I would like to do a longer workout on the weekend and the rest under 50 minutes.

This is something I have done. I didn't put a time on the Treadmill Run for the weekend. Figured you put what you wanted in there.

Rotation #1
Push-Pull
Basic Step
30 min. Run plus Lower Body Sculpt
Pilates
Off
High Step Circuit
Treadmill Run

Rotation #2
Body Fusion
Pilates
Push Pull
Basic Step
Off
Upper/Lower Body Sculpt plus Abs
Treadmill Run
