Can someone help with conversions?

If 1 oz of protein powder has 100 cals. How much is that for 1 tsp?
It looks like liquid oz are different from powder.

The conversion isn't on the label? Usually it's near the serving size.

For water, 1 oz = 2 Tablespoons. Use that if the label doesn't give you a conversion.
