I'm considering purchasing one of Cathe's STS videos. I have been doing strength training at our local gym for about 4 years now. As of late I'm trying to add more muscle definition. I was wondering if you need to start with Meso#1 or can I choose Meso #2 to start with. My muscles are long and lean but I want more definition and it seems like #1 is more endurance. Will that give me what I'm looking for? I'm thinking #2 is going to give me more muscle mass. Also any thoughts on a protein supplement would be appreciated.
