Can I split a workout in half?

Hi everyone! I just joined yesterday and completed one workout. OMG I am so out of shape! I also didn't realize that most of the workouts are an hour long. Can I split up the workout and do half in the morning and the other half later in the day or even the next day? I realize the calorie burn won't be as significant but it is more management to do a 30 minute workout at a time for me.
 
Hi Gumylady! You'll find that most of my Cathe Live workouts for the last few months have been in the 45 to 50 minute range. Back when I first started Cathe Live they were longer but if you go through and look at the posted times in the more recent workouts you'll see that most are under an hour now.

As far as splitting them, overall I think its best to do them in their entirety but it truly depends what the workout is. If its all cardio followed by all weights you can do one part earlier and the other later. If the workout is an hour or longer then you can find a good spot to split it too.

Bottom Line: Doing something is always better then doing nothing so if you don't have the option to finish a workout, do what you can and finish it when you can.
