CAn i join the no sweet challenge or is it too late?

Allright girlies, I have been in the midst of kicking this ED of mine and feel ike it is time to lose this belly fat the healthy way, can I start in with the no sweet,salt challenge? Please list the rules!!!
 
Hey there.. no it's never to late to join in. I believe it is no salty snacks this month. Some are carrying over the no sweet challenge and some are just limiting themselves to treats, say once a week. There is also a drink 64 oz. of water a day challenge attached to this. There is usually a checkin thread each day.
 
Of course you can join! Just come on and check in tomorrow when you see the check-in thread.

As Jane said, we're doing no salty snacks (chips of any kind, salted popcorn, crackers, etc.). Some are also continuing the no sweets challenge. That one is no baked goods, cookies, cake (unless it's a birthday cake and you can't avoid it!), ice cream, soda, etc.

The other part is a "drink 64 oz of water a day" challenge.

So feel free to do however many of those you like, and you can add your own too!
