i got my hard cores tonight and i previewed them. i am in awe! they are gonna kick my ass from here to sunday! OMG!!! i was sitting there thinking, now if i were one of them, i would be floundering strait to that cement bench in the background and taking a rest! i am not going to be able to do these without modifying for YEARS, but i'm gonna have a great time attempting to! they are so great! i have no complaints! i felt like i was in a club and the house was rockin! Cathe, you got it done baby!

Listened to The Lost Boys while I was doing my taxes yesterday. I was really enjoying it until I found out how much we have to pay New York State. Even "I Still Believe" couldn't bring a smile to my face.

I'm glad you are so pleased with the series, Jes! I like the music a lot, too. I wish I didn't have to keep my sound turned down, due to working out at 5:30am. I'd love to kick it up a notch or two and really get the club thumping here, too!

I don't have this set but I know for me... pump up the volume!! pump up the volume.. now dance. that makes a hell of a difference in exercise videos. Bad choreography and bad music make a bad video. Music is my life. !!!!
