Can dumbbells be used w/the Pyramids?

I'm not lifting super heavy so can dumbbells be used? It seems as though it would make for faster changes.

Sure, you can use dumbbells! That's what I've been doing. I've been going a little lighter here lately due to some health issues. And yes, it sure is quicker. Aren't these workouts great?

They are the great and the premixes are the best. Cathe's DVD's put all others to shame and she's really outdone herself this time.
