Ok we've all got mind tricks we use to keep us on track; dedicated to working out and eating right, correct?
I won't bore you with my dorky mind games but I thought as I looked around my house, here are some ideas that the Cathe team (tongue in cheek here) could make for us addicts - throw in your ideas as well!! LOL
1) A Cathe Key Chain with verbal messages that automatically go off if you go through the drive through and order um say 2 cheeseburgers or double cheese fries - it would be Cathe's voice saying any various reprimands or reminders of tomorrow's workout.
2) How about a little Cathe statue that can sit in the fridge that says, "Are you sure you want that??" if you go for the triple chocolate cake too many times. OR it could count how many times you opened the fridge that day LOL - "Hey, that's the 22nd time you've been in here today!!!"
3) CATHE ALARM CLOCKS
4) Your idea here....
