I have not worked out with weights in about a week now - busy with work and a dreaded summer cold. For the most part I tend to notice that my biceps start to ache for lack of a better word - it's like they are screaming at me to pump some iron!!! I have noticed this has happened before when I have layed off weight training for about a week and I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else and if you can explain why it happens??
