Can anyone tell me what the differences are between these videos?

Imax2, cardio & weights and circuit max? Would any of these be all right for a beginner? I need a tape that has cardio mixed with weights because I am finding it hard to work in cardio now. Thanks!

Hi Imax 2 is pure cardio and it is tough. Cardio & Weights and Circuit Max are both cardio/weight training. In my opinion Cardio & Weights would be better for a beginner as I believe it is easier.

I'd second what Kelley said and add that Cardio & Weights is the easier of the two, it's also the most fun (IMAX 2 is also a lot of fun) and if you get the DVD it makes it a lot easier to learn the steps because each section is chaptered so you can press a button on your remote to start over on the segment you're trying to learn. C&W was my first Cathe and before that I had only ever done Keli Roberts Step workouts (circa early 90s) so it was a bit of a shock at first! Cathe is so encouraging and I loved everything about it even if I couldn't quite get the hang of it at first. I decided to start without a step so I could learn the choreography and then graduated up to using my step with no risers. The DVD has a weights only premix and a cardio only premix among other things so even if you're not up to doing the step yet, you would still get good value from the weights premix.

Yes, Cardio and Weights is the easier of the three - however, it is IMHO an intermediate/advanced tape so be prepared to start with light weights - also, the DVD is fantastic - one of my favorite cardio workouts is the all step portion pre-mix. The music is great too.
