Can anyone share the subject line of the email with the download code?

I don't see an email with a download code for the Elevated series. I emailed customer support, but I'm eager to get started so hoping someone can share a subject line to help me search in my inbox. I've gone through every email from Cathe and don't see anything other than instructions - that require the code.
