I looking into trying some yoga but don't know where to start. I have never considered doing yoga before because I don't feel like it's a "real workout". (I'm the same way with stretching...I don't want to spend an hour stretching when I could spend an hour doing an intense Cathe w/o and burn major calories--bad, I know).
Anyhoo, I'm tired of being so stiff, sore and achy. I think it's time I gave yoga a shot. I own quite a few "Classical Stretch" workouts but I'm just not clicking with them. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!
