Can anyone make a rotation for me?

I have:
Imax 2 & Cardio & Weights
Imax 3
Step Jump & pump & Step Blast
Hardcore Extreme
The Terminator

I also have various Firm DVD's and a treadmill, a speedbag, a medicine ball, a Step, and a high step. Oh, and a balancing ball. I'm trying to lean up; I'm at a good "weight" for my height, but would love to lose some fat and gain muscle.

Did you check out the post right above yours called Cathe's rotations? They have rotations going back to 2004. I've found that to be very useful.

Looks like you need to add a few more of Cathe's videos to your collection!:p

Thanks, that post is going to be a great resource. No question that I need to add to my Cathe collection. These have been the best exercise DVD's I've ever purchased. I had bought many over the years, and I was always disappointed, but not with these!

It's hard to figure out which to get next. I really like step, though. I have the Tae Bo tapes, and I don't care for that very much.

I've just been kind of rotating my Cathe's, running on the treadmill or whatever, and I realized the other day that I really have no idea what I'm doing. Am I lifting weights too often or doing too much interval training? Who knows!
