I am new here and really frustrated. I have purchased twice from Cathe.com (shows how addicted I am already, 2 large orders in one month!!). The first order, great no problems. This order I place late Friday. I realized that I had not added a couple of items to my order so I emailed customer service ([email protected]) over the weekend to see if I could add to my order before it shipped. A gentleman named Trevor wrote me back Monday morning at 10am saying that he would hold my order until I told him what I wanted to add. I wrote him back w/my additions. However, I then got a shipping notice on only the original items. That frustrated me a bit, since I didn't want to have to pay shipping on the additional items I want, especially since I was told that they would accommodate my request.
Since that time, (Monday) I have emailed customer service no less than 6 (SIX) times. I have not called the customer service # on the website since they say its an answering service and to use email.
I am not having any problems sending or receiving email from anyone else so its not an email issue. I hate feeling like I am being ignored for no reason when all I want to do is order more stuff. Sure I could just go online and order again but I dont feel I should have to pay for shipping again, do you?
Does anyone have any suggestions or a direct email to ANYONE that could assist me?? I'm lost!
