Can a stability ball burst??

Ok, now I have one more thing to be paranoid about. I was doing pullovers with a dumbbell on the stability ball, and thought "what if this sucker burst?" I'd end up with a 15 pound dumbbell as a permanent hair ornament.

Can these things burst? Or should I find something else to worry about? I'm actually 99.9% serious here.....
