Can a beginner do Cathe?

Cathlete
I have heard such great things about cathe! Before I got pregnant with my 2nd, I was doing the firm. I tried today (9 weeks post partum with a c-section) to do a short firm sculpting tape and I about died! I am WAY out of shape. It's funny cause I am 30 pounds lighter than when I was firming and taeboing regularly!!

Anyways, I don't want to go back to firming...I find it a bit boring and have to force myself to do it. However, I can't deny the results.

Could i start out with cathe now?? If so, what should I buy...tape and step wise.

Thanks!
Jessica

Hi Jessica and welcome to the Cathe forums! Congratulations on your little one!

Yes, Cathe has some great beginner DVD's and she posted a 12 week beginner rotation to go with them. Here's the link:

Cathe offers nice long previews of her DVD's, too, so you can get a good idea of what they're like before you buy them. You might also want to check out the Preganancy and Postpartum forum for good help and support. :)

Anyone can do Cathe's workouts with modifications. Lower your step, lighten your weights, don't kick as high or squat as low. Good luck.
