Do you watch your calories ? If you do ... how many calories do you limit your daily intake to ? Do you also watch portion sizes? I find when I stick to portion size.. like half a cup for rice etc I get very hungry quickly... like within 1 hr and 1/2 or 2hr of eating. What do you sugggest to curb thes hunger pangs. I try to work out twice a day and I am wondering if I am eating enough.
