Calories In Calories Out

Good Morning all!
I understand the validity of zig zagging calories around. Do you think that also applies towards exercise? I know we should keep changing up the routine but do you think it helps to "fool" by mixing up the intensity as well? Hopefully this makes sense! Thanks everyone - I've been a lurker for years & gain so much knowledge from everyone.

Yes! No doubt keeping your body guessing is really good to shock the system. Any one workout for too long with no changes and your body becomes more efficient, hence, having less overall effect. Hope this helps.
