Calorie Ratio question

For all of you diet experts out there, what is a good carb/protein/fat ratio for a diet intended to lose fat and build muscle? I know it's a basic question, but for some reason I just don't know the answer.

Hi Ashley,

No expert, but chiming in. I think many current lo-carb diets are at about 40-30-30. I think BFL is somewhere close to that also. I'm a vegetarian, so I don't eat that much protein, but I can still lose weight (when I actually eat healthy). Maybe you could try a few different ratios and see which you are most comfortable with and stick to.
