Calorie Consumption Question...

Hey Cathe! Hope you're doing well! Good job for all the work you've done as well. My question is...Is a 1600 calorie limit a good number to stay at to lose 2 lbs per week, or should I knock it down to 1400 calories? I workout 6 days a week, I do more cardio than weight lifting (for now) because I want to shed the fat before I trim out. Thanks for your input, it's greatly appreciated!

Hi Lanie-
Not Cathe here but maybe you should post your question in the open forum as you will get a lot of good advice.
Also calorie consumption depends on your weight, height, exercise intensity, etc, so you may want to include that in your question.
