Of course, it depend on a lot of things, like weight , step heigh, etc. BUT, I checked in the workout manager for you, and as a guide, it says 376. But, i would say, that the workout manager OFTEN gives me lower counts than I actually get on my heart rate monitor. Sorry I couldn't be of more help!
Thanks Linda for asking that question. I went to the "Workout Manager" and filled out what info I could, but didn't find a calorie counter there either. Maybe Zozo will read this thread or someone else out there could advise. Thanks again!
