Calorie Burn With Shock Cardio

I just did Cardio Core Circuit a couple of days ago and I burned 391 calories according to my Polar F4.

MMA Fusion - 314

I did Circuit Blast today and burned about the same. 385 cals I believe. I also used my Polar F4.
