I am new to Cathe, and just started working out with Step Heat. I have a few more pounds to still loose after having a baby four months ago. So I need some advice how often I should being doing Step Heat? Not only do I want to loose wieght but I need an over Haul in the toning department! I own a Weider weight station(or what ever it is called) Can someone tell me what kind of routine I should be doing with my Step Heat and my weight set? My last question is how long should I be on this routine before I am ready for some more Cathe tapes and what tapes would be good in the toning department?
