Did everyone survive Halloween? We had over 200 kids and I ran out of candy by 8:15 Luckily I had just bought a big box of fruit snacks from Costo and had to use that.
No planned workout today....just taking the dog for a long walk and maybe practice a few KB moves. I just purchased Lauren Brooks dvd and plan to get AOS Providence & Newport soon.
Hi JJ--I overslept today so I probably won't have a workout, either. I can't believe you had 200 trick or treaters--we had 5! But we were out Trick or Treating last night, and Houdini wanted no part of that--she just wanted to be pulled around in the wagon!! So her little friend--dressed like Chewbacka (SP?) from Star Wars collected all the loot while Houdini hightailed it back to the wagon and jumped in...You can see photos of the Renegade Candy Corn in action--running from the site and leaping into the wagon--on my page.
But I've attached some here for you all to enjoy.
Also--just got my hair cut and popped into Ann Taylor on my way out...big 60 percent off sale. I got a sweet pair of red and black spectator pumps for $69--were $138!! And a pair of black crocodile pumps for $39, were $125, and a shell tank for underneath a cardigan for $9 (was $44.) So it's been a great day so far!
Wendy~ Awwww...Houdini is adorable. Did you make that costume? It is so unique and I've never seen one like it before. Very cute!
I had bought 12 bags of candy, each bag had 18-20 pieces, so over 200+ pieces of candy were handed out Being a Friday night with nice weather, we had much more than last year. Even a lot of older kids, some without costumes AND I had a couple parents come up with bags along with their kids!
I love Ann Taylor and Ann Taylor Loft. The ATL store in our nearby mall just closed up so now I have to drive farther Enjoy your great bargains!
I was sleeping off a MAJOR chocolate hangover!!
I just kept putting my hand in the bags and grabbing something since I didn't have time to eat before we left!!!

Wendy- love the outfit!!! This is the first year my 4 year old really cared about getting the candy!! I'm sure Houdini had a blast!

I live in a big neighborhood with lots of kids and we also have a lot of people who drive kids in by the van-load to trick or treat. I'd have to say at least half were not from the neighborhood (based on their ethnicity) and I know many residents complain about that. I don't mind at all because Halloween is for kids and they should all have fun. I just have to make sure I buy more candy next year
