Calendar won't come up

I can not seem to get the calendar up ...I am logged in and it just get that rotating dashes like a clock but no calendar comes up?????

So far we have not been able to duplicate your problem on any of our computers. My guess is there are probably several reasons that could cause your problem.

First, just because the WM shows you’re logged in does not mean that you really are. There is a timeout feature in the WM that after a certain amount of time of inactivity will log you out, but your page will still show you as logged in. You just need to log out and then log back in and try again.

Second, heavy traffic could be causing your system to time out. In a few more days we will launch the newest version of the WM that will use AJAX and it should be many times faster and this should solve many issues . Currently, during heavy traffic and for people with a lot of information in their WM it can take a long time for the WM to load.

Third, sometimes you just need to close all of your browser windows after logging out and open a new browser window and log in again. In many cases this will solve your problem.

Lastly, you may need to clean out your browsers cache and delete cookies. A corrupt cookie can cause problems like you’re having.
Hopefully one of these things will help you, but please let us know either way.
 
Still getting the same problem

Chris, I cleared my cache and cookies, logged out and closed all browsers, opened up the WM just now, logged back in and went immediately to my calendar. My workouts from Tues and Weds were showing -- they've been recorded but I haven't been able to mark them as completed. I clicked on the "19" (date) on Tuesday. Got the spinning circle and the "loading" bar............. and ZIPPO, nothing else happened. :mad:

This is exactly what has happened since Tuesday every time I've tried (at any hour of the day or evening) to mark a workout as completed.

Any other suggestions??

P.S. I tried yesterday on my husband's laptop -- same problem!

The problem you and some others are having is caused by either a slow internet connection or heavy traffic on our server which is causing your login session to exceed the maximum allowed time. We identified the problem today and will fix shortly with a Query Optimization.
Also, our newest version of the WM will probably be released tomorrow and it should be 100 times faster as it is built around AJAX. We’ve added some new features like the ability to add the same workout for the entire month and now you can mark a workout as completed in the same window when you schedule a workout. This is an ongoing project and we have many more changes and improvements to add. But first we want to solve the slow load problem so you can use and enjoy what we already have.
