Caffeine reduction day #6

Today will make a week. I'll start week two tomorrow going down to half and half with no caffeine in the afternoon still. No problems so far except for a little headache mid-week last week. I guess I'll see tomorrow how I tolerate half and half.
 
You are doing great with your goal. And you come out of week 2 with no scars. I have kind of slipped on my soda intake. I haven't drank alot but I had gone such a long time without it. I had a CF pepsi yesterday, but they don't taste the same. I made my sugarless lemonade and it tasted so much better.

How is your day with caffeine going? I have only had one diet pepsi today. I seem to of had a small glass of soda for the last 3 days. I have got to increase my water. My goal of no soda for this month lasted for 21 days. I guess that is pretty good, but sure would of like to brag on the whole month soda free. He!He!

Hey Kim.... I am doing good, thanks for asking. I still have my carbonated drink in the afternoon, it is just caffeine free now!! I had Diet Rite Tangerine soda this afternoon, no calories, no caffeine, and no sodium.

I do to half and half in the morning. I hope I do as well this coming week as I did last week. My goal is to go half and half until next Sunday, then 1/4 caffeine/ 3/4 decaf the following week and then go straight decaf.
