Mornin', girls! :) :) :) I, for one, can still walk! But I did a wussy bear workout compared to y'all. :p :7

What a relief! The heat's subsided,and we're back to typical fall weather. Would you believe it was hotter on Columbus Day than on the 4th of July? I like it warm, but humidity in October??? No thanks! :)

Angie :: thanks! I'm downgraded to a minor cold at this point. Throat's still sore, but I slept with a cotton ball in my ear (mom's advice) and it's feeling a little better. I'm sure the Airborne and Vitamin C blast helped some...So glad the pre-party cleaning is taken care of...Is that this weekend?...I estimated my calories to be about 300...*lol* that it's time for smiley therapy.

I am shooting for a run this afternoon but am keeping a Plan B close at hand. It's mid-marking period time (with grades due), so in all likelihood, I'll be working later tonight. If I get home in time, I'll go for a run; otherwise, it'll be kickboxing.

Diana: WHOA! Sounds like a killer mish-mosh! Not having all of the time or all of the dvds to complete it sounds like a blessing in disguise! LOL

Angie: Can you and your mom please come over to my place and clean for me? ;) My obsession with B&G is only recent. In another month I won't be doing it for a while...you watch! LOL

Okay, I think I'm caught up sufficiently....I have BBC Arms and Abs today. This is the one with THE MOST KILLER cardio portion so I'll be suckin' wind later for sure! None of the other cardios in this series are as bad...or GOOD...depending on how you look at it!;)

Hi ladies,

It's been a very hectic day! I did LIC upper body circuit this morning and went to weigh in at lunch. I'm down 1.8lbs. I don't get why I lose more weight when I miss my weekend workouts than when I don't.

Cathy-I'm sure you are not doing wussy workouts. Hope you can get your run in tonight. I don't know how you find the time since you work at school all day and grade papers at night.

Wendy-You must love the BBC killer cardios! Those instructors don't seem winded at all and it really bugs me. I'm sure it's because they walk around the class and don't do the whole thing while I'm trying to keep up and huffin & puffin.

Angie-I get a reprieve from the phones on Wednesdays now, at my request. Somehow though I have meetings from 10-11, 11-12, 1-2. So now I'm not sure how much good that is.

Laura-hope you life is settling down a bit. How was class last night?

ACK! You know what that means, don't you ladies!?

Yup, I blew off my work out this afternoon! GRRR! As soon as I did it I knew it was a mistake! Why do I insist on torturing myself!? Now I am going to be ticked off all day unless/until I get it done later on!x( x( x(

I started taking Airborne again this morning....I feel like I'm catching something again...that's what prompted me to blow it off but I'm still mad at myself cuz I'm not SICK at this point-just feel like something is "brewing"....

Diana: I do not find the BBC cardio to be FUN like Cathe's stuff. I honestly find it to be very grueling and pretty boring but it's great for a quick high-intensity cardio fix and it breaks it up for me as I tend to gravitate towards the same kind of cardio all of the time. To sum it up I do it because I think it's effective, not fun! LOL Good job on the weight loss and on getting your work out in this morning! One day I will figure out how to train myself to do that with regularity. I am sooo used to slow coffee filled lazy mornings. *SIGH* I get up early but don't usually *DO* much for the first hour or so! LOL

K, I'll be back to either complain some more if I don't get my work out in or to say how much better I feel since I did it! :7

Hi girls

I can't wait until life gets back on a regular schedule.....hopefully after this party is over this weekend, things will get back to normal. I can't wait to have a completely non-scheduled weekend. I've had some really fun weekends recently, but enough already!

Tonight I had to go grocery shopping and deliver Cody's candles that he sold about a month ago so I didn't get my workout in until 7. I did X B&B and AR200. Oh my, those pull ups hurt! I can't wait until the new P90X w/o are ready to go. Tomorrow I have to go shopping for the food for the party. That will give me Friday and Saturday to finish cleaning, bake, and get stuff arranged. I have naughty things to make like a carrot cake, brownies, rice krispy treats (my favorite), cookies, and spinach dip. Mmmmmmmmm.....I hope there's not much for leftovers!

Cathy - I have never done BF, but if it's a Cathe, I highly doubt it's a wussy w/o.
I too am glad the weather has turned cooler!! I hate heat and humidity especially in October....it's just not right.
So did it end up being plan A or plan B?
It seems weird that grades are due out already. Cam is not going to do well I'm afraid.....again I don't want to go to PT conferences.:-( He talked to his friend after the science test was handed out on MOnday and thus got a zero on his test. That kid just does NOT listen!!! Ahhhhhhh....drives me nuts}( }( I'm sure his teacher will have lots to say.....hope he has suggestions as well.

Wendy - I'll have to check with my mom to see if she's for rent. *lol* But I will not give her away.:p Cleaning is not my THING....just a necessary evil. I have to be in the mood but right now I am not and it's just killin me. That's why I'm glad mom offered to help....I'm so much more productive when I'm being "pushed"....I guess it's the procrastinator in me.
I hear you about BBC being effective but not fun. I guess that's why I don't reach for it much. I also agree with you on the slow coffee mornings....me too! It usually takes me a couple of hours to get rolling unless I need to get my butt to work.

Diana - Congrats on the weight loss girl!! So why not take your weekends off if it's giving you the results you are looking for. How great would that be to relax and lose weight all in one. Maybe you need the extra off time to rebuild since you do such killer w/o during the week. If it's working, I say, go for it!
So is that guy at work still a PIA or did he back off? Still considering a change of careers?
