Good Morning Girls.

I'm up waaay too early but couldn't sleep. I figured I'd get us started. I was last to post last night so nothing to catch up on personals-wise.

I am working this morning and going to mom's for dinner tonight.

This afternoon I have an upper body only work out on tap. Not sure if it'll be with the bells or traditional with Cathe. I'll decide on that later. My lower body is going to thank me. With all of the full body work outs and hilly running I've been doing, my lower body hasn't gotten a break in a while. I think it's going to like this new rotation as it will get an extra day off. ;)

Angie ~ Yeah, I really don't do ankle weight-style floorwork, with or without the weights. I would rather do squats and lunges. Great job w/ B&B and ARX. It is hard at the end when you're ready to be done. How much longer do you have? You almost ready to hit the road tomorrow?

Wendy ~ I was so full, I never bothered to eat dinner. Enjoy your morning at work and your ub workout.

Today's workout will be CST, abs, and a run.

Cathy: I've done that...eaten so much at lunch that dinner never happened. It's all good though. :) Enjoy your work out!
 
Back to report that my run (3 mi.) along with a GS CST mish-mosh is complete. It was beautiful out there -- low humidity -- so it was perfect for running. Would keep this all summer long if I could. Will save the abs for later on.

Wendy ~ I do that very often (big lunch, no dinner) when I'm away on vacation since portions are so often oversized...Ever try doin' your hills *outdoors*? }(

Cathy: I am blessed to live in an area that nice and flat, thank goodness! LOL Although, if I go a few towns south to the highlands...boy, do they have some hills! :eek: There is a 5 mile race in that town every year. This is the 2nd time I've looked at it and not signed up because of the hills!:p :7

Good job on your work out. ITA with the perfect running weather. Hope it hangs around as long as possible for you. I'm going to have to start getting out there myself on weekends soon enough. It's going to be HOT by then though!:eek:

So ya wanna talk about OINK? I just shoveled 2 entenmenns donuts in my pie hole!:eek: They were OH SO GOOD :9 but now I feel OH SO GUILTY!x(
 
If you really wanna punish those legs, it might be worth a drive! Weather forecast calls for the humidity to return by the weekend. Didn't think we could be so lucky, but I'll definitely enjoy it while it lasts. Oooh, Entemann's. What kind? The chocolate? I am going to do a snack myself: yogurt/cottage cheese mix. Nowhere near as fun! :7
 
I buy a variety pack every week for DS and DH. I ate a chocolate covered and one of those crumb-cake style ones. :9 }( :9
So did you enjoy your yogurt and cottage cheese? :p
Perhaps I'll just have to force myself to sign up for that race next year....
 
Hey all.

My work out is complete. I did rocked the upper body with the bells using the KGB dvd today. It took about 50 mins. Great work out!

Off to the showers now.

I'll check back later when I get back from mom's tonight!:)
 
Hi ladies,

I did the scheduled 4 mile run this morning and have bootcamp tonight. My legs and glutes were hurting so bad from all those walking lunges I actually took some ibuprofen. Thankfully they are feeling much better today.

The mary training is going fine but running 4 days is really limiting my weight workouts. I hate that. Tomorrow is a 3 mile run so I'll do 4DS CST. Friday will be GS Legs! Love that workout.

Wendy-sounds like you are really liking the KB w/o's. I'm so looking forward to STS and hope I can integrate that in with my mary training.

Cathy-your mary training seems to be coming along nicely too. I'm supposed to run 12 miles the Sat of the RT. I'm not sure how I'm going to rearrange that week to get in all the miles.

Laura-I hope the move is going well. Moving is so much work. You will be so relieved when it's over.

Angie-When do leave for the weekend? Are you going camping or is there a big race somewhere?

Hi cabber babes

What an exhausting day. I think this is the first time I have sat down all day!:eek: I went to the grocery store today after work and almost couldn't find a space to park. That is sooooo not like our grocery store. All the tourists are HERE! So, it's time for us to get the heck outta dodge. *lol*
I got home, put away the groceries, and cleaned the 5th wheel. I still need to pack, but I'll fit that in tomorrow. I got YogaX done too.:) I was glad that was on the schedule since I have skipped that one the last couple of weeks and I also pulled a muscle in my neck/shoulder yesterday. I needed the stretches. Tomorrow will be L&B and ARX and then I'll get a run in sometime over the weekend to take place of KenpoX and that will complete this round of the X!!! I need to get pictures done before I hit the road for the weekend. I hope I have time to do that. Somehow I'm thinking post 4th holiday pics won't be very impressive.:7

Wendy - Wow! You were up early. I slept like crap last night too so I should sleep like a baby tonight. Hope you do too.
Donuts?:9 :7 MIL brought some over and they are sitting on the counter. I don't buy them for a good reason! *lol* ACK! They're like magnets!!

Cathy - CST and a run too? Kudos to you! I'd would have probably only done one or the other. CST would have made me sore enough! Hope the refreshing weather holds out for you. It makes a world of difference when it's not stiffling hot.}(
Hopefully we'll be on the road by 4pm or so. I'm sleepin in and then I need to get my butt movin'. DH told me to get my workout in early so he doesn't have to wait for me. *lol* I still need to pack food and clothes but I should have time to get it all done without too much trouble.

Diana - Ya - I can imagine the leg pain.}( And so you decided to thank your legs by adding in GS legs?? LOL! That's too funny.
Nope - no race until August. We're just camping out without much of a plan at all. Although, we do have an 11am appt. on Friday to go look at a baby beagle. I'm telling ya - it would have to be one homely beagle for me to be leaving without it. Since the other lady hasn't posted pics, I'm quite certain that this baby girl will be coming home with us. We got 2 more calls from friends about finding us beagle pups.:) *lol* I kinda knew this would happen. Anyone want a beagle???

Hey Laura - I know you are busy, but if you manage to check in.....hope you are having some fun over the holdiay.;-)
