Hello girls
Sorry I was MIA yesterday but I was sick.

DH had a bug over the weekend and the dearheart then gave it to me.

I break a sweat just sitting upright. So, needless to say I did not workout yesterday nor will I today. I did KPC Sunday and then around noon yesterday I felt like I wanted to die. I went home early and was in bed all afternoon and night. My whole body ached and I wasn't sure if it was from DOMs from KPC or just generalized body aches. You know I usually don't mind the DOMS but I could've done without them yesterday. It was a chore just to find a comfy position in bed. Ug! But, I am feeling better today....still no energy and still sweating just sitting up, but better nontheless. I was actually able to eat a breakfast bar today....wooohoooo! *lol*
Thanks to all of you for the good vibes with the breast issue. I'm not too worried about it.....at least I don't think I am. I really don't think it's anything ominous, but it does make you think about things a bit differently. I think it's just a cyst or fibrous tissue, but still, I really don't want it there. I guess I'll get the results and then go from there. The ultrasound is next Tuesday so I'll keep ya all posted.
Laura - How funny about the ID thing. That's awesome!

So does your cyst bother you? I guess what I mean is, I'm feeling like I don't want it there and would like it removed even if it's nothing so it doesn't turn into something. I really don't know much about it. I'm sure I'll get an education next week though.
So glad you had a fun time in Biloxi and glad to hear Ike is gonna leave you alone. I hope it's not as bad as everyone thinks.
Maybe the new "hot" aerobic class will start a hot new trend.

I'll bet your students bring extra water with them, at least I hope so.
OK, when are you starting the X? It's high time I trade the pudge for some muscle. Although, I might do a modified X rotation and do a 3-4 X workout rotation with Cathe's and CC mixed in as well. Kind of an STS gear up type of thing. I like the idea of STS only having a 3 day a week must on the workouts.

So what are you doing with your 6 whole hours of free time every day?? It's crazy how that time gets eaten up. I remember going from full time work to part time and I still don't have the time to get anything done. If I had to go back to full time I don't know what I'd do.
Diana - So sorry Jarod has started his school year on such a a rocky note. Thankfully kids are resilent. I think it's a great idea to nix the TV in favor of schoolwork and football. I'm sure that's easier said than done.
I feel so bad for you. ((((hugs))))) IA that the folks who sent those cards certainly don't want them to be a burden on you. You'll get to them when you get to them. Give yourself some time.
Did you sign up for the nutrition program? I need to do that soon. My eats have been horrible lately. I need to get some new ideas on how to rein it all in. I know I need to increase the veges and fruits!! Ahhhhh....story of my life.
I think I'm going to go and put on some soup. I actually feel like eating again so I'll give it a shot and hope my body is ready.
