Ang: What a horrible time you had getting back home! I can't even imagine! And the fact that you drove straight to work from the airport is even crazier! LOL Glad you made it home safe though. How did it feel to get some REAL sleep last night? Wonderful I'll bet! So now you should be rarin' to go! I think you should do BOTH new work outs today!!!! Pretend you are still on the RT and go for it!
Yeah, I did an upper body work out but it's a real easy one. It's one of the work outs I started out with way back when in my fitness journey. It's called the Great Body Gauranteed Series. Beach Body puts it out. I used a weight that was enough for me to FEEL it but there was no question as to wether or not I could do that last 3 reps! LOL The Lorie/step story is this: She was in front of me in class saturday morning and I noticed that one of her risers was crooked under her step. One wrong move and the step could have fallen off the riser. That would have meant sure disaster for Lor and perhaps people around her so I let her know so she could fix it before she fell.

I hope your job was understanding about the fact that you weren't able to get into work on Monday. Sorry you had such a rough go of it. After you get some rest, a good hard work out should help make you feel better!
So I am going to run today but I might also do a leg work out. I'll keep ya posted!
