Good Morning Girlies!

I have some nice DOMS in my upper body from the KB's y'day. FINALLY! }( Today is my rest day so after work I get to relax a little...ahhhh!

Ang: Oh I carry a water bottle every where I go wether I am working out or not so I'll definatley get use out of the Sigg. I have 4 KB work outs right now, soon to be 5 and I have 2 more on my wish list!}( I really like KB's. They are a refreshing change from traditional weight training. I am having a very hard time deciding what to do once my month of KB's is over though. So many choices, so little time! Sorry you had such a busy day off y'day and sorry that ya both need fillings. I HATE going to the dentist. Sorry it took so long.

Hello Ladies ..

OOOOOOHHHHHH 4 step torture was awesome! DOMS reporting in the shoulders, entire core region and of course still in the back .. I may need to go get a massage for my tired back!}(

Today is my rest day .. another b-day celebration after work .. this time TWO friends ... one of them being my friend w/the psycho EX ... who BTW is finally "getting it" a bit .. after she changed her number and got an alarm system and he has been kicked out of 2 places where he was following her while she was out .. maybe he will "get it" and leave her the H### alone!

DH unpacked some stuff yesterday .. now my house is in a mess x( .. ahhhhhhh ... more work ahead .. he took off Sat. and Sunday .. so there went my relax and ME time .. told him he could just plan on leaving me the heck alone and we both need some down time to relax by the pool .. he agreed .. so we will see how that goes!!

Wendy ... gosh I hate to invest in more w/o stuff .. but man you make the KB w/o sound so interesting .. I am like Angie .. I am holding out on STS .. b/c I know it is going to be a kick@$$ series that will need sole dedication to .. aahhhhh .. but KB does sound fun and different!!! Hey .. BTW .. how is the potty training going?? Have not heard an update in a while .. taking that is GOOD news!!!

Angie ... oK .. you have called the pup "Brat" the last couple of posts .. LOL .. that could be a name that is gonna stick .. LOL!!! oh .. LOL about the dirty word name .. my poor stray Jake thinks his name is "Dammit Jake" ... LOL!!!! don't cha hate laundry .. where the H### does it all come from???? OMG .. it is never ending .. and what is worse than washing and drying is folding them and putting them up .. YUCK!!!

Di ... So what torture are you inflicting upon yourself today???

OK .. better run .. gotta get busy .. PIA is on vacation this week .. WOOHOO.. it has been soooo nice ..LOL... tonight will be Cajun resteraunt .. lots of CABS ... uuummmm gonna have to try a fried dill pickle or two .. but gonna stick to a salad for the meal! Gotta save some calories somewhere!! LOL

Laura: Glad class was a goody y'day. Sorry about your messy house. I know you will get it under control though. Yes, do not forget about YOU time. Very important for mental health. Glad the psycho X is starting to get a grip on reality. Hopefully it continues. Have fun celebrating B'days today. KB's are awesome. They are not a replacement for traditional weight training but definately a wonderful compliment to it. I will pick them up often. I am thoroughly enjoying them. Potty training...Aaaaahhhh...he's finally getting it! He started a couple of weeks ago really getting interested in it. We are at the point now where he pretty much has peeing down during the day. I can take him out in underwear and he rarely makes a mistake. He isn't good with poop yet though so we are working on it. Now I am trying to decide when to try underwear during naps and then overnight. One thing at a time though. I'm very happy with the progress thus far. :7

congrats on the improvements in PT ... my nephew started just like that .. they kept the "goodnights" on at night .. then underwear during the day .. then gradually he got it ... when he succeeds completly I say A Potty Training Success virtual party is in order!! {{ clink }} :7

Hi girls

You two are too funny!

It was a nice and cool day here today and decided to run to moms house where the kids were swimming about 3 miles away. I got there in 33 minutes, visited about a half hour, then ran home with a couple of walks there too since my "good" knee started to give me some trouble. It took me about 40 minutes to get back home. I was soooooo hungry when I finally hobbled thru the door. If my HRM was right, it was about a 850 cal. burn altogether. But, I ate one heck of a dinner, so I'm not sure how much good it did.
Tomorrow I take the brat....ur...um...I mean....Snoopy in for her shots. She's such a baby that I'm sure she'll be crying like crazy. I'll try to get the pics up tomorrow.

Wendy - Maybe the timing on STS will be right for ya when you are looking for a new rotation. I'm gonna take it easy on the weights for a bit so that I will be primed for STS.
Wooohooo on the DOMS - good timing for a rest day eh?
It sounds like great progress on the PT with Joey. Boys do seem to take a bit longer. :-(

Laura - Yes, you deserve a massage - I say GO FOR IT!
Sorry ME time for the weekend is gone, but maybe you and DH can relax, de-stress, and reconnect. I'm sure this whole ordeal has been hard on both of you. But, in the end you still have each other and that really is the important thing. But I hear you on the ME time on the weekends. I'm hoping that the weather holds out for DH so he will be gone on the tractor pull this weekend and hopefully take the boys.:7 So, YES, I do in fact hear you!! *lol*
Cam added to my laundry pile today. He called me at work and said the dog piddled on MY bed.}( What the heck was she doing on my bed??? Thankfully her piddle is very small right now and I was going to do the linens tomorrow anyway, but still....... Ahhhhh the joys of kids and puppies.
It looks like Snoopy is gonna stick. Nobody has come up with anything different and the vet appt. is tomorrow.
PIA on vacation?? Ahhhhhh - a bit o' heaven. Funny that she takes a vacation during the busiest time of the month for your business though.
