Angie, I think its just you and me this weekend. I'm up early for a Sunday but want to get my work out in early otherwise it might not happen at all. I'm heading downstairs for HST and abs.

Morning all

It's quiet around here today.....and not just our thread either.:) The kids are at grmas house still and it was just DH and I last night. It was really cool to just sit and talk. It's been a while since we've done that. Usually we just sit and watch TV or something but the TV was on and we were just ignoring it and talking.:) It was a great Saturday night!!

Diana - Oh yeah, he made it home.:7 My parents were at church but they had company over this weekend and when I called their house, right on the lake, I told their company to keep an eye on Mark.....luckily they were close enough to the house to be seen. Well, they went and found a neighbors boat and went and rescued them. Most of the boats are off the lake right now, so it was lucky that they actually found one.
My eats have been less than stellar as well. I'm eating good stuff for the most part, just A LOT of it!x( I wish the hunger would go away!
That sure is short notice on Jarods game. It's so sweet that he wants to go to the shower. Personally, I don't like going to showers at all, I don't know why, I just don't. For some reason it seems like they always fall on a weekend when I already have something else I wanted to do.
I'm sure Amandas shower will go off without a hitch. I see you were up pretty late last night......getting things done for the shower I'd imagine. I'm sure your support is greatly appreciated by Cody & Amanda.
So HST is history? Do you have that tricky step pattern down yet?
Yesterday I pre-planned my workouts for this week since I didn't want to just repeat last weeks workout. I subbed in Cathe's for Tony's upper body. I'll start it again today and take tomorrow off since Cody has a Bball game tomorrow. I think I have S&H bi & tri today but I'm not 100% sure.

Hey Angie-HST is history. I don't think any of the cardio sections are tricky on this one. I do a few ab exercises but should really add in a coremax segment later.

Zach loaded my car for me and I'm just waiting for my sis to get here. I called her earlier and she said she was running late.

Ohhhhhh.....I was thinking HIS. Great job on getting that workout in before your busy day starts. Have fun!

I just did Cathe S&H C&B with ARX. I always underestimate how hard the S&H workouts are. My muscles tremble with that workout. They even tremble when I'm done with the workout.:D I love it!

Just finishing up some laundry and then I think I'll take the boys out to go and shoot some hoops. We'll need to get a basketball hoop on the Christmas list too.

Hi Girls.

I'm back. :) Been back home since early this afternoon but I took a nap and have been too lazy to post up until now. :p

So I didn't work out yesterday. Turns out there was no fitness area at our hotel. We looked at so many hotels in so many places that I must've gotten this place confused with something else we were considering. LOL No biggie. I ate bad though. :eek:

I am planning to work out in a few minutes though I have no idea what I will do. Probably just some kind of straight cardio. My original thought was to hit the gym for a run but my nap ran longer then I thought so I didn't have the time.

Anywho...our getaway was nice. We hit the road heading south by about 12:30 friday afternoon so we were at our destination by 3ish. We checked in to the hotel, hit a couple of stores to pick up some stuff I forgot to pack as well as some CABS for the room and came back and unpacked. }( By the time we were done with all of that it was time to get ready for dinner. We ate at one of the local pubs. Apparently there were 120 pub type places to choose from in the area of Baltimore we were in. }( By the time we were done with dinner we were both beat so we hit the room early and ordered "Super Bad" on tv. It was okay but I liked "Knocked Up" MUCH better! We were up by 8am the next morning and having breakfast by 9. :) After that we headed over to the actual "Inner Harbor" area and went to the Aquarium/dolphin show. That was nice. Then we hit the Maritime Museum, had lunch, went to the observations deck of Baltimore's "World Trade Center" building and then jumped on a water taxi back to the hotel to catch a nap. It was 4pm by the time we got back. Long, COLD, tired day. We had 6:30 dinner reservations at a seafood place that we had picked out online before going. We thought it was fancy so I put on a dress with high heeled boots and DH wore slacks and a button down. We were overdressed. Oh well. The food was good though. After dinner we sat around and watched some of "The American President" b/c it was on and I just LOVE that movie! Anyway, we eventually got our butts off the bed and got changed back into casual clothes and hit 2 more pubs. We were out for a few hours, had a couple of drinks and listened to some good music. I think we were in bed by midnight though. So much for a pub crawl! LOL This morning we got up, packed, had breakfast and beat feet to get home at a reasonable hour. I would have liked one more day there but who knew. This pkg was for 2 nights so we would have had to pay extra and it wasn't what you call a cheap weekend to begin with! Had a really good time though. :)

Okay, gotta do a few things before I can work out so I'll be back later!

Hey Wendy - welcome home!:) That's the bad thing about vacations and get-aways. There's so many things to do and so little time. They just fly by waaayyyyy too fast! So glad you had a good time. Enjoy your workout.....whatever that may be.;-)

Thanks for the welcome back Ang!:)

My work out is done. I did the Low Max blast only premix but added the warm up and stretch to it since it's not included. Great HIIT work out. HOLY COW, it kicked my arse!}(
