Morning, girls~
I'm up and at 'em, planning to go back to work today. The doc wrote me out of work til Thursday, but sometimes having a sub is more hassle than it's worth, and I think I'm feeling OK enough. I did wake up drenched, though, from another night of fevers.
Angie :: I've been thinking of you. How are the boys? (((HUGS)))
Laura :: *lol* - Believe me, I understand! On the cheetahs thread, one of the posters there wrote that they were celebrating her hubby's b'day, which is on the 29th, and I said to her happy belated to your DH. Oh yes, the on/off fevers have totally addled the brain.

Di :: that's a big 10K. Looking at any other races soon?...I felt a little better with the meds, thanks.
Wendy :: no worries on the mileage, any run is better than no run...you ran outside with your friend the other day, right?...I probably have you mixed up with another cheetah, but I thought it was you who said you were going to try to bring more of your runs outside. Maybe you could suggest the pager idea to your bosses at the gym?...Wu-long is supposed to give you energy and aid in weight loss. A friend gave me some to try. It was an acquired taste.
No workout for me today. Rest (well, after work) and fluids are the game plan.
