Morning, girls! :)

I just finished 4DS KB (my back is definitely getting better ~ YEAH!)and will do either C&B or SB&C tonight when I get home (which'll be kinda late).

Did personals last night, so this is a quick one.

Cathy: WOW! You WERE up late last night! Obviously you are not at liberty to discuss what's going on at work but I hope it calms down soon. The weekend is almost here though so don't worry!:) So you will be using the trays to do your own maintenence on your teeth, correct? How often do you have to use them? Were you able to have your tea this morning?? :9

Well girls, I am going to give the legs a big ol' test today. I have 4DS heavy legs plus a short easy run on tap for today. I will probably stay lighter then my max for the leg work today...not that I ever go terribly heavy to begin with but I want to be sure they can handle it. }(

Mornin ladies

I slept in today b/c I slept horribly last night and I felt like crud this morning. No aches and pains but full o' phlem. Yuck! The boys were on their own this morning.:-( It seems to catch up to me at night before bedtime so I took a couple of nighttime liquicaps and I think that was a mistake. I had really odd dreams that made me wake up and then I had a hard time getting back to sleep b/c I was so stuffed up.x( After clearing me head this morning with a box of Kleenex and after a few cups of java....things are better. I think I would have had better luck if I had just drank some coffee before bed.

Thank goodness my house is pretty clean so I just need to do up the linens, do Squeeze full body, and finish cleaning out the 5th wheel so we can hopefully pack it away this weekend.

Cathy - I'd love to go to Disney, but if it's when school is in session, i doubt that would go over too well. maybe if the timin was such that it was over spring break?
Today I'm glad that the UB is a joke in squeeze b/c I already have some slight DOMS in my bi's.
Hopefully you aren't draggin too badly today....you were up late!

I have the dental trays too. They're nice b/c you can use them whenever you want to. In all honesty I haven't used mine in months...just too lazy I guess. Plus, when I have the trays in I can't eat anything.:7 They also make my teeth brittle.....I have to make sure I eat soft things after I have had the tray in. They harden back up, but you might want to be careful about eating hard stuff right afterwards.
So, Wendy mentioned something about your tea this morning. Are you not a coffee drinker??

Wendy - Nothing can keep you down girl! Way to go on those workouts so close to that HM!
Since I know you are a nickleback fan, you might want to go to youtube and enter in "Santana into the night" Chad Kroeger teamed up with Santana and put out this single. I just heard it for the first time a couple of days ago. I like it!;-)

Well, the leg test went well. I did the new leg work out with lighter weights then I would normally choose and had no problems so I will be sure and heavy up next time! I also went for a 20 minute recovery run at the gym.:)

Angie: So tell me...exactly how do you "pack away" an ENTIRE CAMPER!? Please do tell!:p :7 LOL
Sorry you are full of the phlegm but that seems to be exactly what's goin' around! DS seems to be over it now thankfully but I am STILL doing a little phlegmy hacking now and again. x( Hope you feel better soon!

Hey Cathy!

There is a half held at the beginning of May in Long Branch (along with a full and other events) that I am thinking of running. Would you like to consider running this one with me perhaps? }( I know we are supposed to do another round of the X starting Jan 1 and that wouldn't leave much time to train so I am thinking of possibly starting the X Dec 1 and cutting it a bit short in order to have time to train. Not sure yet but I'll figure it out. Too many things I want to do and not enough time!}(

ETA: I would start the X November 1 but you KNOW I just can't do that with Cathe's new series having just been released!!! LOL
 
Woooohoooooo! The camper is now clean and ready to go. It's gonna get cold this weekend with snow flurries so I knew I couldn't procrastinate any longer. I guess I should've said get it ready for winter storage.;-) DH will need to hook up to it and take it up to the shop where there is a pole barn big enough to put it into. It's only about 8 miles away, but it's nice to have a place to store it and keep it out of the weather. I'm gonna miss it....can't believe how much fun we had in it this year.

Wendy - It sure does sound like you and Cathy are gonna find something to run together soon. I'm so jealous!!

There goes the ringer on the dryer.....gotta go!

Angie, You are so dedicated when it comes do doing laundry. I literally sit right next to the washer/dryer when I am online and STILL manage to ignore it when a load is done!:7 :7 :7
 
Hi Ladies,

I did LIS and Shoulders this morning. I thought the choreography was pretty fun this morning and only had to rewind a couple times. I did up my step to 8" but this w/o is not much of a calorie burner for me. I really like the shoulder exercises and the ab work was okay. I can't complain about the ab work though-it's not like Cathe hasn't provided us with tons ab exercises already.

I can see myself combining KB & BC to make an hour long w/o, and also grouping the weights for a longer w/o. I don't think the cardio in this series is nearly as tough as CTX, JMO.

I'm up for starting another round of P90X in Nov. Anyone want to join me? I also start my Holiday Melt Down class next Monday.

Cathy-how did you like the KB w/o? I thought is was fun, but short. Hope things get better for you at work. I definitely need more cardio in my rotations too. I love weights and would never give them up, but I have saggy baggy elephant backside and need to burn off that fat.

Wendy-How are your legs feeling today after weights and running? Hopefully they are starting to feel much better.

Angie-it's nice to sleep in when you can. Sorry your cold is keeping you up at night, I know all about that. Can you come clean my house? It is in dire need and you are the Clean Master.

Laura-What's the planned torture for today.

Afternoon Ladies ..

man what a day! Still have a mound of paperwork .. we are still shorthanded .. PLUS we are doing another benefit for our friend w/cancer tommorrow .. BBQ plate sale! 625 plates have been sold .. and that is a LOT of BBQ!! Tommorrow is going to be VERY hectic! I am praying everything goes well .. and pray all the food is good and we managed to handle putting that many plates together!! :eek: I have been having nightmares of things going wrong ... aahhhh ..

Heavy legs went well .. I thought I would have DOMS today .. and I don't .... just have heavy legs .. LOL!

Tonight's class a NEW plethora of torture ... muscle pumping, heart pounding, burn baby burn torture induced upon 4 steps! yes I am combining some heavy weights upper and lower body, altn stepping lunges on 4 steps, planks, plyos, core, and just to top it off some extra burn w/the bands! Think of a very MEAN Cathe workout combined w/Tony's love of heavy weight and pushups combined w/BBC's love of reps combined w/my unique love of inflicting pain!!! }( }(

Diana: Glad you enjoyed LIS. Here you are talking about combining cardios to make a longer work out when I am so happy that she's put out some new shorter ones! LOL My legs feel good. I may have some DOMS tomorrow but that's expected after "leg day". I've recovered nicely. I am sure those 2 solid days of rest after the HM helped alot.

Laura: Good luck with the fund raiser. I'm sure all will go well!:) You are one evil lady!LOL Thank goodness I won't be taking your class tonight!}(

Squeeze is history and the comforter is in the dryer....so my to-do list for the day is done......although, I could easily add more.:D
Squeeze will fit nicely into my yoga day for the X rotation. It is yoga-ish with little sweat but big burns and stretches. I was expecting the arm section to be wimpy, but I didn't think it was at all. Maybe my DOMS from yesterday had something to do with it, but I did break a sweat on that part. I'm also thinkin I will be feeling my lower bod tomorrow too. Overall, I liked it but that girl has NO rhythm. I'm not quite sure why she even has music in the darned thing b/c she doesn't pay any attention to the beat. Maybe after I do it a few more times and know what's coming up next it won't annoy me so much.

Diana - I highly doubt you have a saggy, baggy elephant backside. With all those heavy weights you lift, I just can't imagine it.
I wish I was the clean master. If I would just do a little bit at a time it would help, but even then with the monsters around, it wouldn't last long anyways. I have a friend who is a clean queen - her house is ALWAYS clean....puts me to shame.
What's the holiday melt down class? It doesn't sound like a whole lotta fun.

Laura - Wow - that's a lot of plates to fill. Do you have to make the BBQ? I'll bet you'll raise lots of $$$ with that.
Torture class sounds.....well......torturous.:7

Hey Laura-I'm so glad your friend with cancer is seeing improvements. She sure has some awesome friends. I'm sure the fundraiser will go great. Who doesn't love bbq! By the way, the description of your class sounds like it's right up my alley!

Angie-I can tell you more next week about the holiday meltdown-my class starts on Mon night. It's a class at the rec ctr, my bootcamp instructor is teaching. I'm guessing they put together a program for us to follow and we have group classes on M and Th. This is the first time I'll be taking the class. They also have one in the spring. Forgot to mention-I checked out the slo-mo and am trying to refrain from buying it right now. I just bought 2 cribs and mattresses for the girls. I might have to preorder.... see what you've started!
