Morning, girls! 
I crashed WAY early last night and got lots of zzz's. Ahhhh!
Some serious tri's DOMS snuck in yesterday afternoon and is lingering today. Love it!
Di [font face="Symbol"]©[/font] That is what I'm doing -- 4 days of running. Less aggressive than I used to, and I think it's smarter for me now. Have started looking for a few 5Ks to slip into my training. Sorry your BC and KM vanished. The classes you take always sound fun.
Angie [font face="Symbol"]©[/font] I love Monday rest days...I'm not a Monday hater necessarily, but it is usually a busy day at work and a popular day for meetings, so it just works out well...I bought BodyGlide at Sports Authority...After the exam, I don't have to do anything else for NB until I find out the results in November. However, I am going to prep as though I am redoing certain portions since that is quite likely. There are certain very specific requirements for one of the portfolios, so I'd like to structure some early assessments to meet the criteria...Enjoy the new computer? Is this a desktop or a laptop?...As much as I love yoga and Tony, YogaX in full is just not my cup of tea, either. I only enjoy the 2nd half.

I'm hoping to catch the weather to see if my run this afternoon is possible, or if we're going to have another soggy one. If we're expecting more rain, I'll switch up days and strength train today instead.
