My portfolio is sealed and ready to go. I just need to pick up some packing tape, and then it's gettin' dumped in the mail.

I have a ton of grading to do, but I think I'm going to just VEG all day. Well, actually, I'll work out, but no STINKIN' work!!!!

I do have to return the new laptop, though, as I'm not pleased with its performance. Guess it was a mistake to buy cheap.

So anyway, what time do we "meet" up for a cyber toast?

Yesterday I finally got myself downstairs and did PLB and CF 80 min premix.

I'm heading down for Imax 3 this morning. It's been a bit since I've done this one. I'm psychin' myself up for those plie jumps in interval 5.

Good Morning Cheetahs.

So I did X Stretch last night. It's the first time I've ever done that work out. It was quite a challenge at times due to my sore parts but it felt good. I plan to stretch again today and must admit that an upper body work out of some sort could be calling my name as well. }(

I don't have to work today and thank goodness cuz I am walking quite funny. It's my hips/hip flexors/knees that are yellin' at me. The rest of my legs are fine believe it or not. When I ran my half my quads and hips hurt. I wonder what made the difference this time?? Things that make ya go HMMMMM. :)

I attempted to play GH last night but I'll tell ya it wasn't much fun alone. I was also messing it up in a big way for some reason so perhaps that's more to the point of why it wasn't fun. :p So anyway, that didn't last very long. LOL

That's about it for me...I'll BBIAB to see what's up with everyone else!:)

Wow it's quiet in CAB land today...

I know Ang had to work today and can't get on from there but we usually hear from Laura. Perhaps she is too busy dealing with PIA to post!:p :7 Anywho, I hope everyone is doing well. I'll bet Cathy is doing the total veg thing on the couch and intermittently snoozing as she watches tv! Go Cathy!;-)

Well, I think I am going to do SSE Cardio Sculpt (an upper body w/o) and Cool It Off Express (stretching) today. I am not in the mood to rest but ofcourse am not about to work my lower body at all and don't want to do anything Cathe-crazy either! :)

I opted out of Cardio Sculpt after all and just did Cool it Off. Great stretch. My lower half is SLOOOWLY starting to come back to life. I guess I should keep stretching every day until it does, huh?

That post put a HUGE smile on my face. You are right--I conked out while watching TV. :7 I'm exhausted. I may not work out, after all. Do you have a foam roller? (Sorry, I think I've asked you that before?) That might help along with the stretching. 7 pm it's on! I put some CLs in the fridge.

Hi Ladies,

Imax 3 took my breath away this morning in spots. It felt great though. I went to the rec ctr at lunch did PUB biceps and GS triceps, from memory. I didn't do any band work, but I think I got everything else. I finished up with about 10 min of weighted ab work. I have my meltdown class tonight and don't want to fry my legs before that.

We are supposed to have a few nice days this week and I'd like to try running at least twice this week. I definitely need to build up my endurance and will be taking it slow. 4 to 5 miles and slow steady pace is probably the best I can hope for right now.

This is going to be a busy week and I have to work this weekend. I don't need to here until noon on Sat and Sun though so I will have plenty of time to get my workouts in.

Cathy-when do you go back to work/school? I can't even begin to tell you how proud I am of you. You ROCK!!!

Wendy-most definitely, stretch your legs everyday until they are no longer sore. I second the foam roller if you have one, that will work wonders on your hips and IT band. A little painful to start with but it gets in there really good.

What are Angie and Laura up to today?
