Sleep and laptop issues seem to be the dominant theme today!
Angie - Hope you get some rest tonight. Are your girls dressing up for Hween?
Katie - Maybe a nice dinner out somewhere?
Kate - P's sleep gets all out of whack when new teeth start coming in. She just started sleeping well recently so I hope no new teeth for a bit so I can sleep too. I find that when I go completely clean, I spend one day going really bad. I try to pc on most days if I really feel like I need something, but I know what you mean about the ups and downs of eating.
Robin - Sorry for a lame sup. Hope you get some sleep this weekend.
Wendy - Ouch! I have to watch my lower back ever since pg. I try to modify stuff I know will tweek out my back later. Back, wrists, the joys of after pg side effects!
Nina - Maybe a funny movie might cheer you up. The Proposal is out and I heard that's a funny one.
Anne - Oooh, new iMac. I'm jealous!
Cardio Power & Resistance done! Need to take a bath then off to work. Yesterday no workout. It was a looooong day. It was Cardio Recovery so I think I'll just do it on Sunday. Will probably do some back later today. Eats were okay yesterday. I had a tiny scoop of extra creamy Breyer's vanilla ice cream with one oreo cookie crushed on top. What is wrong with me????? Meals were good, but that after dinner dessert was my cave in. Oh and I also sneaked in three or four potato chips from ds' snack. Why? I don't know. Didn't even enjoy it. Oh and I am not buying Halloween candy until much closer to Hween so I don't even have to be tempted. Chocolate is my weakness big time. Bfast will be a granola bar and banana.
