day 2 of my clean eating re-committment, so far so good.

its snowing again, lots and lots of big beautiful flakes. i hope i can still get to the gym today! plan is to do power and then kb, 2of myfavorite things! last week i did 1/2 the kb class because dh was waiting for me -- my shldrs were fried from following power with that! hope i can make it thru the whole class =) i think dbl cardio is too far a reach for me right now but dbl workouts 1-2x week is a good/hard goal, and my other goal is to work up to ride 2-3x wk. so right now my rotation is looking like:
mon - ride
tues - power
wed - groove
thurs - power (and yoga if time)
fri - step, abs
sat - power and kb
sun - off
what do you guys think?
