Good Morning Girls !!!

Ren. Festival was so fun ! LOTS & LOTS of walking - great shows, & beef stew in a bread bowl . Had a great time.

The evening was relaxing on the sip (screened in porch)

It was a perfect day, 80 and sunny.

Today , no plans, but DH & I will go for a hike. Gotta get out and enjoy this great weather while it lasts.

Everyone who is going to the festival today- have fun !!!

Morning Sunday girls. Hmm sundae

I have about 1,000 things to do today but it's only 24 hours in a day right.

I'm trying to get my w/o done early...some stair climber and core work, tomorrow will be sts and cardio.

I have this lean ham defrosting...maybe I'll make some honey glaze for it. Bake mac and cheese.

Trying to decide if I want to workout now or later this afternoon when I get home from the baby shower I have at 1. I'm leaning toward this morning. Will probably do something short-4DS Legs or LL. Dinner went well-fil loved everything I'm going to start calorie cycling tomorrow-these 3-4 pounds I gained are bugging me! Hope I can stick to it!

Hi Everyone!

Phew - I am exhausted. Yesterday at the in-laws was good except MIL overcooked the chicken. It was crumbling... Luckily she served lots of veggies with dinner. I did cheat and have a piece of cake because I had mostly veggies for dinner. Today SIL met us at the RenFest. We couldn't convince anyone else to go with us which was disappointing. The weather was great and we had a good time. I think I have caught up on my weekend stuff. Good thing dinner will be easy tonight.

Becky, you were lucky to have beef stew. Ours had cheesy or creamy soups. I ended up with some chicken.
Kate, sorry you didn't make it to the RenFest but understand about being overscheduled.
Klaudia, good luck with your calorie cycling.
