####c-t-thursday####

baaddddd day, i am sooo down. sorry. should probably not even checkin. i took out my sorrow on some seeds and nuts:eek::eek: but i did swim for 45 min and did some hill running on the tm for a few miles. i will not even expand on this b/c i am such a downer, but i wanted a hug from cyber friends. i'll be better tomorrow i hope. fatter, but hopefully better mentally.:(
 
Aww, Nina. I'm giving you a great big cyber bear hug right now. You are not a downer. You will not be fatter. You will work though whatever is causing you such grief because you are a strong woman who has the support of all of us. Talk when you feel like it-we are here to help, not judge.
 
Angie - I am loving Insanity! I just finished Plyometric Cardio Circuit. I can't imagine how much harder it will get. Nothing weird about relaxing. We all need it!

Katie - Don't put too much thought into your weight, but I definitely know how you feel because I can be such a scale addict. I feel so much better now that I hardly ever step on the scale. Try to go by how you feel and how your clothes fit. You're doing AWESOME with your eats and wo so don't let that number get you down, okay?

Kate - Re: sunchips. My kids love them. I will admit to eating them once in awhile when I buy them for my kids only because for some reason they help with my bm (sorry tmi!). They are pretty high in fiber for being what they are - chips. I just cut back on my fat and calorie intake in other areas when I do eat stuff like that. jFor example, instead of snacking on string cheese and nuts, I'll snack on a fruit. Yikes, braces! I so hope I don't have to fork out money for that. Our dental insurance does not cover for those.

Klaudia - Love those kind of compliments and from a fitness person, even better! Yay you!

Wendy - Hope JJ feels better. Pomai finally got over her cold. It lasted a little over a week.

Nina - (((((HUGS)))) You are fabulous and I don't know any other person who has so much endurance like you! It shows your character of being able to push through tough things. And you are sooooo far from being fat!

Robin - Enjoy work and don't spend all your money shopping, lol!

Okay, got through the first cd of Insanity. Loved it! I will do some ub weights tonight though. I am having a long week. Issues with cheerleading and I am so over kids' sports. Seriously, if my husband didn't insist, I wouldn't do them anymore! I hate the politics of it all. Anyway, still working. Our computer server is having issues and I am working on it. Be back later.

nina, so sorry its a rough day for you. you will NOT be fatter! goSH DARN THAT SCALE!! you will come out the other side of this with a clear head and goals.
