Morning girls,

Just finished my wo. I did 40/20 and the first 4 cycles of original BC. I wanted to do the whole thing but my body just was screaming for a break. I have been pushing relatively hard and probably can't expect so much. I'll finish it tomorrow. Eats have been really good.

From yesterday:

Nina, sorry about the benadryl hangover. That's no fun. What are you so stressed about. And my weight will come off relatively quickly between 126 and 122 or so, then it will plateau and take much longer. I'm now at 124 and expect 2 more pounds to come off in the next week or so and then it will stop!

Kate, I'm jealous about your gym! I hope it works out for you. I love classes!

Becky, that kind of meal is one of my faves! We had it at Ryan's aunt's house once and it was awesome. It just speaks summer to me! Throw some lobster in there and it's fabulous!

So, it feels strange that it's memorial day and all the people I know are off doing their bbqs and I just want to join in. My kids are at school and my husband at work. These days are rough.

Gotta shower and do some house cleaning and school work. These classes have a lot of busy work - definitely different than last semester which is a nice change.

Angie, nice job on your WO! I just loathe original BC!
I always found the busy work helped me to remember the material better. I would actually create busy work for myself:confused:. Weird, I know!:p

No major plans for today. Hopefully a run, some groceries & playing.:cool:

We are going to the Memorial Day parade to watch little Brayden - who is in it for football . :) We'll have Jackson, since Mommy is also marching with the team . (she is team mom)

Don't know what else we're doing. Was hoping for another early morning walk but DH is still sleeping !!!!!!

Kate any special baking done? What's the name of your gym? Planet fitness is only $20 per month and annual fee is $39.

I plan to go to the gym and small BBQ cook out with fam.

Yday at the gym I went heavy with legs. I use 50-70# for leg press, leg curls etc. I'm feeling a little dOMS but not too bad. They have a squat machine that I want to try the next time.

Off to get my day started.

Good Morning Everyone!

I don't know how I did it but this morning I did a 3.5 mile run and then Insanity Max Interval Circuit. I was soaked by the end. It is so humid here and I had problems with my fan. The good news is I found another fan that seems to work so I will try that out tomorrow. I have decided to do a shortened insanity backwards (2-3 weeks of month 2 followed by 2-3 weeks of month 1). I will add on running and strength training too.

Kate, the gym sounds like fun. My company has a discount with a local gym and I have been thinking about joining. Maybe in the fall when I can take my running indoors.

Angie, I love BC! I guess I am weird that way. Glad your classes are different this semester.

Hi everyone!

Crazy last couple of days, but just wanted to say hi before we try to leave for vacation tomorrow. We are going to work and try to leave after that. I will be taking my laptop so I will try to stop by from time to time and you all can keep me in check from eating too much :) Hope everyone has a good week!!!
