Hi girlies!
I started a post this morning but lost it and then ran out of time. I'm very disappointed in myself. I didn't work out again yesterday. And the lack of consistent exercise combined with poor food choices (like eating all your kids' Halloween candy

) is becoming evident-my ab definition is gone as it is pretty much everywhere. I've made a committment to myself to not eat any treats-sweet or salty for the next two weeks. And to up my workouts to 5 days/week minimum. Now the hard part-sticking to it!
Kate, what are you making for dinner? I need to get something in the crockpot after I post
Angie, sorry about the tummy troubles. Hope they don't last long! The girl from that website moved to Malta I think-must be nice!
Robin, is that a new collector's issue or the one from this summer? I should go pull that one out-my abs are a mess!
Anne, I've been a sloth with you! I've been averaging 3 workouts/week for too long-not good. At least you have tap!
Becky, what a great day! I'm hoping for some quality time with dh this weekend-it's our anniversary on Sunday and the girls are spending the night at my parents' house

Maybe I can get him to take a kettlebell class on Sunday, but I doubt it-he's too chicken!

Nina, how scary! I was rear ended once on an exit ramp-the girls were asleep and never even woke up! Glad everyone's ok. I just got back from Target-got some sweaters and shirts, but could go back for more-I didn't even scratch the surface!
