Buying new DVD's

Hello - I am interested in buying some new strength training DVD's. I am debating between, the Slow and Heavy Series, Gym Style Series and Upper and Lower body pyramid. I currently train each body part twice per week. I use Cathe tapes, and work out with free weights at my gym.

I own the Pure Strength series, Body Max, MIS, Supersets and Push and pull.

What should I buy next?? (I wish I could get them all) I love Cathe so I know anything I order will be great!!!

I don't have S&H(that's next on my wish list), but I do have PUB/PLB and the upper body workouts from the Gym Styles. I like the GS a lot, and I really love the "bonus burn" band work Cathe puts in there. But I think PUB/PLB is my favorite strength workout ever. It's really versatile and I really got good results with it. I have the PS series, but I rarely reach for it anymore. I don't think you can go wrong with any of the three.

I love S&H and the Gym Styles the best. I probably enjoy them equally. I like the pace of Slow and Heavy and the variety of the Gym Styles. I have the Pyramids also but I find I have better results with the other two series as it's difficult for me to gain muscle and personally I have always had better results with these two series. Lately when I use these in a rotation, I alternate them every week: S&H one week, the Gym Styles the next, etc.

I love the gymstyle workouts. They are tough and use pretty heavy weights, but it is still doable and very fun too. I do love the PUB also, but I consider it a little more endurance for me. I like them both, but I think I would get the gymstyle. Also, gymstyle legs has done wonderful things for my legs. Good Luck in your decision.:)
