Hi Ladies

Just an FYI, Cathe is at AskCathe, asking for feedback on Butts &Guts. I am doing a speedy review before I respond, its been a couple week since I have done it, but if you have fresh thoughts and feedback, she has been popping in regularly to encourage more responses.
 
In my opinion B&G is a bit too much. What I mean is that it is hard to get through. The standing part is hard in and of itself but then to go onto the floor, OMG. I consider myself an advanced exerciser but I have never been able to get through the entire workout. That being said, I'm super happy to have it in my collection and utilize the premixes regularly.
 
I just got it, and used it for the first time yesterday. The rotation I'm doing had me doing Premix #1 yesterday (standing legs and then abs). It was great. I can only imagine the burn of doing the whole thing :)

I'm definitely glad I've got it!
 
The Leg Blast Premix (I believe that's what it's called)...haven't done it in a while but YOU MUST DO IT! OH.MY.GOD.! It used to give me DOMS for THREE days!!!!!!!!! I rarely do the work out in it's entirety. It's just not necessary IMO. The premixes are shorter and don't leave anything untouched! YEOWCH! Now I'm gonna have to pull it out when I can afford to walk funny for three days! :p
 
I LOVE butts & Guts - I love it so much that I always do the entire thing - I can't just do premixes. But I love working out my lower body. Those half-way ups when you have your leg behind you on the step and the other foot way out in front...are killers! I get through the first set fine and even one leg on the second set, but the second leg on the second set...ooh boy I am fighting not to stop! Love it.
 
Butts n guts is my all time fave! Typically I like to do the standing portion one day and the floor portion another day so it isn't so long.
