Butts and Gutts - Can't Help It!

I know so many people have said this already, but I have to sing the praises of this workout. It is tough!!! Those walking lunges in the beginning were enough to make me cry. I think my body went into shock a bit, because I was able to do the whole workout, but I don't think I've ever made that much noise during a workout-ever. And I was not at all able to complete every rep in each set. I'd say I did about half of the lunges and had to do the second set of walking lunges with no weight. Geez.

It's so nice that my butt hurts today, though. It's so rare to find a workout that actually targets that area specifically.

Oh, and about the actual DVD, I had a lot of static, which was strange. I've never had that problem. There was a little bit of freezing at some point,too, but I was too tired to pay attention to where it was.

Anyway, I'm in love with this workout!

I LUV this workout! The DOMS weren't as bad after my second run through and the DOMS were bearable the second time through. I really liked feeling ares of my butt/thutt/thigh that aren't normally worked to exhaustion! I also LUV the ab work in the workout and the stability ball ab work in the bonus portion. This is a STELLAR workout!!!!

I absolutely love this workout too!!! I'm trying to do a little catching up on my rotation this week, so I did KPC and then B&G this morning. I'll let you know if I can walk tomorrow!! It really wasn't that bad but B&G was a lot tougher with the pre-exhaust from KPC!}(
 
I LOVE this workout...my butt is actually sore the next day...the first workout to ever make it this sore!!! ahhhhhh I love it!!!!

Me too Sara...LOVE it! I do a lot of these kind of moves in my classes but for some reason, this workout gets me good. I keep forgetting about the bonus AB work with the ball. I need to give that a try. I love the AB workout included in the workout. Cathe outdid herself with every workout in this series! (CF is the only one I haven't tried) Can't get enuf of them all.

I did not have really sore glutes till I did the Overall legs premix. It repeats the floor work with ankle weights and incorporates the bonus leg work. I wear 5# ankle weights and use a 15# dumbbell on the lying leg work. Doesn't it make you happy when you are sore?:) Now I just need to add on the firewalkers. I keep thinking this but I did them on a Drill Max premix already this week.
I eally feel worked well doing these.

This was the one new workout I didn't order.... but reading all of your positive replies, I think I'll have to get it!!!!
