Butts and Guts DVD Premix Suggestions?

There are some great suggestions being posted (Reba's got some good ones!). I like the varied premix options you offer in your Body Blast series the best, so a setup similar to that would be great on all your new DVDs. Please include the running time of the premixes like you have in previous releases. That's so helpful when building or adding on to workouts.

All Butts Timesaver (not including bonus)
All Butts Bonus (including the bonus)
All Guts Timesaver
All Guts (not including bonus ab routine)
All Guts Bonus Mix (mix of select regular footage with select bonus ab footage)
Standing Leg Work only (including bonus)
Floor Leg Work only (ball & ankle weight segments including bonus ball)
Standing Toning Leg Work (no weight, band only - for toning)
Alternating Butts & Guts (1-2 butt, then 1-2 gut exercises)
Butts & Guts Unweighted (no weights or bands)

I love the idea quoted below, but would insert a set of deadlifts between each of the four groups of three exercises that Reba suggested.

I love these suggestions!
:D

I too want the Butts Timesaver workout. I'd like one that was no more than 20 minutes long that I could do when rushed.

I don't know if this has already been suggested or not so forgive me if it has but how about being able to design your own workout? You pick and choose which chapters you'd like and then they play in the order you select. Thanks for listening to our suggestions. :)

I love Amy's suggestion on stability ball premixes.
