If you look in the Rotations forum here you will find several rotations created by Cathe and by FitnessFreak (Debbie-a forum member who knows her stuff!) that focus on the lower body! HTH! :)
 
And Kickboxing. Don't forget those! (how about those leg conditioning drills at the end of KickMax--took me back to the ballet days!)
