Happy Easter. I am looking to find some ideas on business opportunities. Can you guys give me some ideas? Here are some facts about where I live and about myself
Town population: a little over 8,000 Northern MN
Business in town: Big K, Walmart (Jan 06), JC Penny (small store), lots of fast food (BK, McD's, Hardees, DQ, Subway, Taco Johns).
I work as a controller for a division within the company. Worked for a year on an SAP implementation and a year on Sarbanes Oxley. I make over 50,000 so I would like increase that.
I have looked for a few franchise opportunities. Legal express, merle norman cosmetics, coldstone creamery and planet beach. Just getting information at this time.
Does anyone own or know anyone with any of the above franchises? Any other business suggestions.
Our town lacks a really good deli with lots of meat, cheeses and salads. Anyone own a deli. The other thing it lacks is a good clothing store. We also have Maurices and vanity.
Any comments would be appreciated.
