Hi Cathe or anyone who may have any answer:
I love the Muscle Endurance tape; however, when I do the barbell lunges, my calves really burn and I don't know why. I've tried adjusting my stance, but that hasn't helped. Why is this happening and is there something I can do to keep my calves from burning so I can reap the benefits of the lunges?
