Hi, Cathe! I LOVE your workouts!
Anyhow, I am wondering... I wear a HRM to calculate my calories burned when doing cardio (I do a LOT of cardio), and I just recently purchased the Cross Train Extreme DVDs. I am wondering if i should calculate the calories i burn during these workouts (to calculate my daily caloric needs for weight loss), as part of the workout is strength training.
